Mutton Pulao
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take large Skillet add water Mutton,1 onions sliced, ginger, garlic.Take small cloth and add coriander and fennel seeds in it and tied it then put in the water with Mutton.
* Step 2
Add ginger, garlic and tied coriander and fennel seeds in the water.
* Step 3
Now place the lid and cook the Mutton for 1 1/2 hour until it's well done.
* Step 4
Now strain the Mutton mixture and keep the Mutton soap and discard the tied coriander and fennel.
* Step 5
Take large pot and add oil and onion and fry it golden brown then add all garam masala spices, mutton,potatoes, ginger, garlic paste and keep cooking.
* Step 6
Add potatoes and yogurt and keep cooking for five minutes until its evaporated the water.
* Step 7
Take a pot and rice and rinse and leave it for an hour
* Step 8
Add the mutton soup and soaked rice and place the lid cook it on high heat until it's done.
* Step 9
After rice is half done add green chillies and place the pot on tawa and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, until rice is done.
* Step 10
Now Serve hot with green chutney and salad, Enjoy.
