Rice rawa

1/2 cup

Utd dal-

1 small

Beetroot-

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak dal for 4 hours.grind it to smooth paste. Peel beetroot and grate it.

* Step 2

Grind beetroot to smooth paste. Add rice rawa,Utd dal paste and beetroot in a bowl.add water to make idli batter.

* Step 3

Add salt. Leave it overnight for fermentation. Make idli in idli maker

* Step 4

Enjoy healthy idlies with coconut chutney
