Bottle gourd & samak rice Idli
healthy junior, Bottle Gourd is healthy for juniors but they do not like to eat. This is the best way to pamper them to eat
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add rava and curd in a bowl mix it well and keep aside for 30minutes Grate bottle Gourd very thin. Add the grated bottle gourd to the samvat rice rava, add the 1/2 cup curd, mix it well with hand and leave it for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan fry cashew nut and crush into small pieces Heat oil in a pan add Chana dal,Utd dal,mustard seeds.add hing and green chilli.add curry leaves..sauté for minute and remove
* Step 3
Add the sauteed cashew and mustered seeds mixture to the soaked samvat rice rava, also add the chopped coriander, salt and 1/2 cup water and mix everything together
* Step 4
Heat the water in the steamer (idli maker), grease the idli moulds, now add the eno/fruit salt to the batter, mix it and spoon it into the idli moulds and steam them immediately for about 15 to 20 minutes.
* Step 5
Let it cool for a couple of minutes, then remove them carefully
