Maggi Bhel chat

Not only kids but we elders also enjoy eating MAGGI especially when we are lazy to cook & hard pressed for time #withoutfire

Ingredient

1 packet

maggi-

leaves

Coriander

to Taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

red Chilli

1 tsp

Oil-

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Microwave the noodles ifor 2-3minutes to roast it and let it cool

* Step 2

Crush noddles with palms In a small bowl, mix the water, tomato ketchup and maggi masala. Stir it and keep it aside, add green chutney(optional)

* Step 3

Now finely chop the tomato, onion, raw mango, potato and chili

* Step 4

In a bowl, bring together the fried/roasted maggi, the masala mix and the veggies. Mix it well add red chilli powder and lemon juice

* Step 5

Garnish with coriander and sev
