Quinoa Mango Eggless cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place quinoa in dry skillet, and toast until light brown. Transfer to bowl, and add 1/4 cup hot water. Set aside. Grind quinoa

Transfer batter to pan, place in oven and bake for 4minutes in microwave or until cake tester comes out clean Remove from oven. sugar when dissolve add mango puree and cornlour. Stire continually when sauce become some glassy and thick switch off gas.
* Step 6
Gently spread this mixture on top of cake. Cool it
