Vegetable Sauté

#losingweight A healthy and non fat sizzling starter. Can be used as a side dish or salad. Can be eaten as a whole meal too for a light dinner.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add oil in a pan and heat up. Add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Sauté for a while.

* Step 2

Add all the vegetables one by one and sauté each after adding to oil. Add turmeric and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes with lid on.

* Step 3

Add Paneer and sauté carefully so that it doesn't breaks.

* Step 4

Add salt and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes without lid and turn the heat off.
