Moth dal chawal- Street style

This is a simple Sindhi recipe yet tasty.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash,soak dal for couple of hours.Then pressure cook it adding salt to taste and water.After 1 whistle lower the flame and cook for 5-7 minutes.
* Step 2
Open the pressure cooker add more water if needed.Consistency of dal should not be too thin or thick.and it should not be mushy.
* Step 3
Mix all the dry spices except salt in a bowl.
* Step 4
In a bowl take 1/2 cup cooked rice add dal and mix. Sprinkle generously the dry masala on it.put chutney, lemon juice, crushed papdi,and onions and serve.
* Step 5
Make individual portion and serve.
