* Step 1

Remove the root part. Wash properly cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and whole red chilli to crackle. Add onion and garlic and fry for a while. Add laal ssg / red leaves and cook in steam.

Cover it. Add salt and cook well till all water gets dried up. Serve with rice or chapati.
