Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the flax seeds in a medium flame till light brown.Once cooled blend to make a powder.
Heat ghee in a kadai and add jaggery.
* Step 2
Stir continuously on a low flame until jaggery gets thick. Now add flax seeds powder and constantly stir till it gets mixed with jaggery, Switch off the gas add dry fruits and mix well.
* Step 3
Apply some water on your palm and make small round shape balls
Flax seeds. laddoo is ready to eat.
