Flour Oatmeal Pancakes with Sultanas

Flour Oatmeal Pancakes with Sultanas

Ingredient

1 1/4 cup

Flour

1 cup

Oatmeal

1/2 liter

Milk

1/4 cup

Sugar

1 pinch

Salt

1 each

Orange

1/3 tbsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients together

* Step 2

Add milk to the dry ingredients.

* Step 3

Squeeze the orange juice into the mixture plus the oil and mix the batter.

* Step 4

Pre heat the pan on low fire with some oil spread on it.

* Step 5

Add the sultans on the mixture. If you don't have sultans you can use raisins, or completely discard them in the recipe.

* Step 6

Once the pan is hot, pour desired amount and let them cook. 2-3 minutes on each side.

* Step 7

Serve with syrup or honey and enjoy.
