Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take black gram and 2 cup water and pressure cook.
* Step 2
Take a blender add onion,ginger and garlic and blend to make a paste
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle now add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
* Step 4
Add,garam masala powder,r,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well
* Step 5
Saute until oil leaves the pan now add boiled black gram along with water and mix well.
* Step 6
Add salt and cook for five mins
* Step 7
For tempering add asafoetida,,black mustard seeds curry leaves and whole red chilli to crackle.
* Step 8
Add in the cooked black gram
