Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil carrot, spring onion and ginger in a pressure cooker with one cup of water.
* Step 2
After one whistle turn off the flame.
* Step 3
Once cooled to make a paste.
* Step 4
Heat butter in a pan, add carrot puree and cook for two to three mins now add three cups of water and cook for ten mins.
* Step 5
Add black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
* Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
