Stuffed suji balls

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped green chilli and ginger saute for one mins
* Step 3
Add water and bring to boil,once boiled add the roasted suji and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the suji.
* Step 4
Again heat oil in a pan,add carrot and capsicum and saute for one mins.
* Step 5
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well.
* Step 6
Now add boiled and mashed potato and salt and mix well
* Step 8
Take a suji dough and make a ball.
* Step 9
Fill one tbsp potato stuffing into the ball and steam for ten mins
* Step 11
Add chana dal, urad dal,whole red chilli and curry leaves and saute for one to two mins.
* Step 12
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt and mix well
* Step 13
Now add stuffed suji balls and mix well.
* Step 14
Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
* Step 15
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup
