Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a blender add green chilli,ginger,cumin seeds and sprout moong dal and make a paste

* Step 2

Add rice flour salt and one cup of water to make a dosa batter.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

* Step 4

Add one tbsp dosa batter and spread it.

* Step 5

Drizzle one tsp oil.
Image step 5

* Step 6

Add chopped onion in it

* Step 7

Serve hot. with coconut chutney and tomato ketchup
