Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add wheat flour,suji,besan,ginger paste,chopped green chilli,grated lauki,turmeric powder,sugar,salt,baking soda,coriander leaves and mix well.
* Step 2
Make a stiff dough,keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 3
Grease oil in a palm and make cylinderical shape muthiya and steam for 20 mins.
* Step 4
Once cooled cut into pieces
* Step 6
Add curry leaves,asafoetida,cumin seeds,black mustard seeds and sesame seeds to crackle.
* Step 7
Add lauki muthia.salt,lemon juice and green coriander leaves and mix well and cook for five mins.
* Step 8
Lauki muthia is ready to serve.
