Ingredient

Silver vark

1 cup

Sugar

2/3 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

* Step 2

. Roast the besan on medium heat until light brown in colour and give out the fragrance

* Step 3

After stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, switch off the flame.

For tagar Heat water and sugar in a pan

* Step 5

Stir continuously until sugar melt in the water and cook for 8 - 10 mins till thick

* Step 6

Add one tbsp clarified butter

* Step 7

Put one drop in the plate it freeze it

* Step 8

Stir continuously till cold

* Step 9

Let the besan cool down, now add bura cheene/tagar and cardamom powder

* Step 10

Mix it well

* Step 11

Shape it into ladoo

* Step 12

Garnish with silver vark and store it in a air tight container.
