Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil peel and mash the potatoes
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add black mustard seeds to crackle.
* Step 4
Make a paste of one green chilli and green garlic leaves and add in the pan.
* Step 5
Add turmeric powder and boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well.
* Step 6
Add salt and coriander leaves and cook for two mins.
* Step 7
Divide the potato dough into balls and make small patties of medium thickness
* Step 8
Take a bowl add gram flour,rice flour,turmeric powder,salt and half cup of water.
* Step 9
Make a batter should not be too thick or thin.
* Step 11
Deep the potato ball into the batter and add in the pan.
* Step 12
Deep fry these vada until golden and crispy
* Step 14
Spread green chutney and place on hot vada into the bread slice
* Step 15
Fry the green chilli and serve with vada pav.
