Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
* Step 2
Add 1 tbsp onion and saute for one mins.
* Step 3
Add carrot,capsicum,green chilli and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add salt and soy sauce and turn off the flame.
* Step 5
Now again heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
* Step 6
Add boiled and mashed potato,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt and mix well
* Step 7
Saute for 2 - 3 mins in a low flame.
* Step 8
Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
* Step 9
Take one chapati spread carrot and capsicum mixture and cover with other chapati.
* Step 10
Now spread grated cheese and cover with other chapati.
* Step 11
Now spread boiled and mashed potato mixture and cover with chapati.
* Step 12
Grease the pan with butter and place the stuffed chapati.
* Step 13
Applying butter both the sides,cook in a low flame till crispy.
