* Step 1

Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and mix well.

Don`t use water.

Make a soft and smooth dough.

Keep aside for 30 mins.

Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the bhujiya.

* Step 6

Use the bhujia / sev make machine and fixed the bhujia plate.

* Step 7

Fill the machine with potato and gram flour mixture dough.

* Step 8

When oil is hot press the bhujiya machine over the oil.

* Step 9

Put the the gas in a medium flame.

* Step 10

Repeat the process to finish the dough.

* Step 11

Deep fry the bhujiya for 2 - 3 mins and then flip it.

* Step 12

Drai in paper napkin.

* Step 13

Serve hot with tea.
