Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
* Step 2
Add cashew nuts,raisins and saute for one min. and strain it.
* Step 3
Add rava in the same pan and dry roast in medium flame.
* Step 4
Add some water and mix well.
* Step 5
Add milk little by little remove the lumps.
* Step 6
Add cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.
* Step 7
Garnish with roasted cashew nuts and raisins.
