Kesar pista kulfi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak kesar / saffron in one tbsp of cold milk.
* Step 2
Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel.
* Step 3
Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
* Step 4
Once the milk reduced to 1/4 add mawa / whole dried milk.
* Step 5
Add milk powder and sugar and mix well.
* Step 6
Add saffron / kesar and roughly chopped pistachio and mix well.
* Step 7
Now we get yellow colour.
* Step 8
Let the milk cool down,pour it into air tight container or kulfi mold.
* Step 9
Keep it 4 - 5 hours in freezer.
* Step 10
Enjoy this kulfi with family.
