Raw mango kheer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel till thick.
* Step 2
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
* Step 3
Peel and grate the raw mango.
* Step 4
Heat 1 tbsp clarified butter in a pan.
* Step 5
Add the grated raw mango into it and stir fry till the water absorbs it.
* Step 6
Add mango to the cool kheer and mix well.
* Step 7
Garnish with raisins, cashewnuts and almonds.
