Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp raw mango puree,salt and garam masala powder.
* Step 4
Add onion and stir fry one to two mins.
* Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp green chilli,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2tsp garam masala powder.1/2 tsp raw mango puree.
* Step 7
Add marinated chicken,sliced mango and one cup of water and cover it.
* Step 8
Cook in a slow flame for 10 - 15 mins.
* Step 9
Add green coriander leaves and serve hot.
