Potli samosa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all purpose flour,clarified butter,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.
* Step 2
Make a crumble like texture.
* Step 3
Knead a soft dough and keep aside for 30 mins.
* Step 4
Boil potatoes peel and crush them.
* Step 5
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
* Step 6
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
* Step 7
Add matar/green peas and cover the pan and cook for 3 - 4 mins in a low flame.
* Step 8
Then add ginger garlic paste,green chilli,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well
* Step 9
Add boiled and crushed potatoes,salt,roasted cumin seeds powder and saute for one to two mins.

Dont mash the potato completely just crumble it with hand.
* Step 11
Add cashew nuts,raisins and coriander leaves an the mix well.
* Step 14
Now roll a small dough just like puri.
* Step 15
Stuff the potato filling.
* Step 16
Wrap up the puri just like potli
* Step 17
Heat enough oil in a pan.
* Step 18
Place the potli samosa,lowder the heat and fry till light brown.
* Step 19
Serve hot potli samosa with tea.
