* Step 1
Cut the boiled potatoes in square shape.

Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours and then prepare raita.

* Step 5
Add boiled diced potatoes and mix well.
* Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves.
* Step 7
Serve chill on room temperature.
