* Step 1

Take a bowl combine water melon,cucumber and coriander leaves and mix well.

* Step 2

In other bowl add lemon juice,olive oil,salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

* Step 3

Now dressing is ready.

* Step 4

Add this dressin g to the water melon / tarbooz and cucumber and mix well.

* Step 5

Keep in thbe freeze for 10 mins.

* Step 6

Serve chilled.
