Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat sesame oil in a pan.

* Step 2

Add garlic clove and fry till light brown and strain it.

* Step 3

In the same oil add whole red chilli,whole coriander seeds and curry leaves and saute for one mins.

* Step 4

Switch off the gas.

* Step 5

Once cooled,add in the blender and blend to make a paste.

* Step 6

Add salt and mix well.
