Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for one hour then prepared raita.

* Step 2

Whisk the hang curd.

* Step 3

Add roasted cumin seeds powdedr,salt and sugar powder and mix well

* Step 4

Add mixed fruits and dry nuts and mix well.

* Step 5

Serve chilled.
