Chocolate coconut ladoo

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the skin of the coconut.

* Step 2

Peel and grate the coconut.

* Step 3

Take a pan add grated coconut saute for one to two mins.

* Step 4

Add whole dried milk / mawa and sugar and stir continuously till the sugar melt and coconut and whole dried milk / mawa mixed well

* Step 5

Add cocoa powder and mix well

* Step 6

The solution will start to thicken switch off the gas.

* Step 7

Add cardamom powder and raisins and mix well.

* Step 8

When it cools,shape it into ladoo.

* Step 9

Garnish with cashew nuts
