Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana dal for 4 -5 hours.
* Step 2
.Then drain chana dal and add ginger and green chillies.
* Step 4
.While grinding, smooth paste is ready.
* Step 5
Mix finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt.
* Step 7
Take rice flour.Mix salt and make a smooth dough with the help of warm water.
* Step 8
Divide the dough into 12 equal size balls.
* Step 9
On your palm, with the help of your fingers expand the pieces 2-3 inches in diameter.
* Step 10
Now add 1 - 2 tbsp of dal filling on it,wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
* Step 11
Place it in a steamer and steam for 10-15 mins.
* Step 12
Enjoy with coriander chutney.
