Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan
* Step 2
Add jaggery / gur and stir continuously till gur melt it and colour will be changed and carmalize it.
* Step 3
Add eno fruit salt and baking soda and mix well
* Step 4
When gur starts foaming switch off the gas.
* Step 5
Grease the plate and pour it.
* Step 6
After two hours cut in diamond shape.
