Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour.baking powder,salt and clarified butter / ghee.
* Step 2
Make a stiff dough with the help of water
* Step 3
Keep aside for fifteen mins.
* Step 5
Spread the clarified butter and fold it from one side.
* Step 6
Again fold it from another side.
* Step 7
Again spread the butter and fold it from both the side.
* Step 8
Make a square shape and roll out.
* Step 10
With the help of bottle cap cut the roll out dough in a kaju shape.
* Step 11
Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the namkin kaju on a low flame till golden brown.
* Step 14
Take a large bowl combine all purpose flour,salt,semolina,carom seeds,onion seeds,crushed coriander seeds,whole black pepper,salt,oil and fenugreek leaves.
* Step 15
The texture should be crumbly.
* Step 16
Make a stiff dough with the help of water.
* Step 17
Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 18
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
