Hung curd -

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel the apple cut in cubes.

* Step 2

Peel the banana and cut in diced.

Wash the grapes and cut in two pieces.

Remove the skin of the orange.

* Step 5

Take a bowl add crushed cookies.

* Step 6

Now add chopped fruits and 1 tbsp sugar powder

* Step 7

Beat the hung curd till light and fluffy or you can take whipped cream

* Step 8

Add sugar powder and mix well.

* Step 9

Now spread the hung curd at the top of the fruit.

* Step 10

Garnish with chopped fruits.

* Step 11

Serve chilled.
