Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spread green chutney on one side of the bread
* Step 2
Cover this bread with other slice of the bread.
* Step 3
Now apply tomato sauce on it.
* Step 4
Now cover this with other slice of bread
* Step 5
Heat clarified butter in a pan
* Step 6
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Let it crackle.
* Step 7
Place the sandwich in it on the medium flame for 1 - 2 mins.
* Step 9
Take a bowl add salt, sugar and two spoon of water.
* Step 10
Sprinkle salt sugar water on the bread.
* Step 11
Cut into four square pieces and serve it
