curd

1 tbsp

oil

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1 pinch

cumin

1 pinch

mustard

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, noodles seasoning, salt, & the vegetables. Saute & cook till vegetables are dry.

To it, add red chilli, coriander powder, lemon juice & stir. When the vegetables turn soft & dry keep aside in a bowl

In another bowl add semolina, curd, pinch of salt, 1/2 cup water, mix well & cover the batter for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the vegetables to batter & mix well. The batter will have medium consistency add water if required

* Step 4

Then add baking soda in it & mix it well. Then heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add cumin, mustard & then add 1 tbsp of the batter, spread it in a way so that it has good amount of thickness & even the sides with spatula. Cover & cook till both sides get crisp. Once fully cooked from both sides your dish ready to serve!
