water

asafoetida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl add besan, curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & mix them well. Then add 3 cup water in the mixture & heat a pan & pour this mixture in it

Keep stirring the mixture for 5 minutes then add 2 slitted green chillies & salt & let it boil for about 20 minutes.

* Step 3

After 20 minutes, the kadhi thickens then prepare the seasoning & add this to the kadhi & remove it from heat sauce

* Step 4

And your delicious Rajasthani Besan Kadhi is ready to serve! Serve it hot with plain rice or roti.
