Semolina

1/2 tsp

Oregano

1 tbsp + for frying

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add all three flours and salt.

* Step 2

Add chilli flakes, oregano, oil make it crumbly texture.

* Step 3

Add water to knead a dough and set aside for 10 minutes and roll small poori with rolling pin

* Step 4

In a wok heat oil and fry poori golden and serve with kheer and spicy aloo
