Palak,beet and carrot idli
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Divide battar in 3 parts Add palak puree in 1 cup idli battar
* Step 2
Add beet puree in 1 cup idli battar
* Step 3
And add carrot puree and 1/2 tsp haldi in 1 cup battar
* Step 5
Now add salt in all three battar
* Step 6
And finely add eno in all of 3 battar
* Step 7
Grease idli moulds and pork battar
* Step 8
Cook in steamer for 20 minutes
* Step 9
Serve with coconut chutney
