Ingredient

1 cup

oats

1/2 cup

murmura

2 tbsp

flax seeds

1 cup

dates

1/4 cup

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast oats in pan and transfer in bowl

* Step 2

Roast nuts in same pan and add in oats

* Step 3

Now add murmura also mix all of them

* Step 4

Now deseed dates and grind them in mixi

* Step 5

Now add honey and peanut butter in pan and just melt it

* Step 6

Make liquidy and turn off gas

* Step 7

Then add honey mix and dates also in bowl

* Step 8

Mix all with fingers

* Step 9

Grease tray and transfer mix in greased tray and press evenly with fingers

* Step 10

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and rose petals keep in freeze for 2 hours

* Step 11

Then take it out and cut in desired shape
