Oats stuffed wheat buns

Breakfast is an important time for all of us.We should have healthy and heavy breakfast to cope up with our work.These buns are made of wheat flour instead of maida and filling is made of oats and veggies.We can make dough previously and filling also in morning only fill balls and bake.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl add atta and salt
* Step 2
Soak yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar in it
* Step 3
Let it activate and bloom
* Step 6
Make loose dough and knead it for 4 mins.
* Step 7
Cover with tea towel and keep at warm place till double
* Step 9
Cook any desired oats as given instructions on packet
* Step 10
Add chopped veggies and cook for 3 mins in microwave
* Step 11
We will stuff it in buns so we keep it dry
* Step 12
When dough doubles divide it in equal portions
* Step 13
Fill with filling like pachauri
* Step 14
Seal carefully and make ball
* Step 15
Keep these balls in greased baking tray and again cover them for 20 min.

Brush milk and add sesame seeds
* Step 17
Bake for 15 to 20 mins till golden brown.

Serve hot with milk,tea or coffee
