Cooking instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add celery, onions, garlic and carrots. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked chicken, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 3 to 4 minutes and then reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
