Chicken Taco Soup
My daughter sent me this recipe and requested it. It was a hit! I ate this with soft flour tortillas….😋
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop and sauté onion first.
* Step 2
Lay the chicken on top of the mixture, pressing it down slightly so that it’s covered by the ingredients.
* Step 3
Set slow cooker to 3-4 hours low and cook. When you have about 20-30 minutes left, take our chicken, shred if ready, and add back into soup, shredded.
* Step 4
Continue to cook remainder of the time. When done, serve with optional sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips or tortillas.
