Crispy brown onions
In Persian cuisine, onion has a special place and more or less in most of recipes we have onions.
Sometimes it is easier to prepare fried onions and keep them for the time you need.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel off onions. Cut top and bottom of onions.
* Step 2
Slice them thinly as much as possible.
* Step 3
Lightly coat slice onions in the flour
* Step 5
Then, deep fry them for few minutes, until they are golden brown.
* Step 6
Then Put them on paper towel. That's it.
