Bruschetta
Brushchetta is one of tastiest starters or snacks :)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bread into slices.
* Step 2
Brush top of the sliced breads with olive oil.
* Step 3
Place slices of bread inside the oven and toast them in the oven at 220 C for about 6-8 minutes.
* Step 4
Finely dice tomatoes, basil leaves and grate the garlic.
* Step 5
In a bowl with balsamic vinegar, and olive oil, add
* Step 6
Diced tomatoes, chopped basil leaves and grated garlic. season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together.
* Step 7
Top toasted breads with mixture of tomatoes.
