* Step 1
Mix wheat flour, 1 spoon oil, salt and add water to make dough. Allow to rest dough for 15 minutes. Make small balls from dough and with the help of roller spread. Heatt tawa on stove, put rolled chapatis and bake on both sides by applying oil. Chapayis are ready.
* Step 2
Wash and remove pulp from mangos. Add salt, pepper powder, cardamom powder, ghee mix well. Aamras is ready.
* Step 3
Chapati with aamras is ready.
