Shreekhand with dryfruits and Pooris

Wheat flour

1 pinch

Salt

250 ml

Cooking oil

1 cup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place a white muslin cloth on strainer, pour curd over it and leave it for 30 minutes so that excess water drains out to get hung curd. Transe hung curd in mixing bowl add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, nutmeg paste and mix well. Finally add saffron and ghee roasted dryfruits. Shreekhand with dryfruits is ready.

* Step 2

Mix wheat flour, salt and 2 spoon oil with required quantity of water, and make a dough. Knead well. Make small balls and roll them. Deep fry in hot oil on both sides. Pooris are ready.
