Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak urad dhal in water for two hours. After draining extra water -Grinde to paste. Let the consistency be thick (add less water while grinding

* Step 2

Add salt, black pepper, coconut pieces, coriander mix well.

* Step 3

Heat oil in kadai, leave raw vada batter in oil by flaterning and making a hole in middle, deepfry on both sides on sim. Vadas are ready.
