* Step 1
Slightly dry roast dhals and pressure cook along with rice.Chopped vegitables, grinde chilis, cumin seeds, pepper and ginger
* Step 2
Heat the oil,saute onion, tomato add termeric, grinded paste, cooked dhal, water and bring to boil. Mix cooked rice add lemon juice-mix well. Garnish with cashews. Dhal kichadi is ready.
