Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the potatoes in a clean sufuria.
* Step 2
Add the njahi and water, bearing covering the food.
* Step 4
Allow to boil till the potatoes are cooked well enough to mash.
* Step 5
Drain the remaining water after boiling, add salt.
* Step 6
Mash together the food till you achieve a very thick paste.
* Step 7
Serve with the stew of your choice.
