Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop meethi leaves, in a pan add 1tsp oil add meethi leaves and salt and cook.

* Step 2

In a bowl add wheat flour, ajwain, salt, cooked meethi leaves and oil and knead a smooth dough and rest for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

After 10 minutes, make small lemon sized balls out of the dough,take each ball and dust it with flour, roll each ball of dough to a small circle. Heat oil in pan, deep fry the pooris. Meethi poori is ready, serve with aloo sabji...
